When: From Sunday to Monday. Where: Southern, Central and Eastern Quebec. Additional information: A new low pressure system will track toward the province of Quebec this weekend as it intensifies. Snow at times heavy and blowing snow will begin on Sunday morning over Southern Quebec, then gradually affect the other regions on Sunday. Quickly accumulating snow will make travel difficult. Be prepared for changing road conditions that deteriorate quickly. Additional information: Another significant winter storm is forecast to bring heavy snowfall and blowing snow to the area Sunday. There remains some uncertainty as to which areas will receive the heaviest snowfall amounts. People are advised to monitor future forecasts. ### Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow. Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become icy and slippery.
