Similar events in the past have led to: Localized utility outages, minor tree damage, traffic delays and hazardous driving conditions. Remarks: Precipitation will begin as snow overnight Sunday and will transition to ice pellets and freezing rain early Monday morning. Snow will redevelop Monday afternoon in the wake of this system and give heavy flurries and snow squalls Monday night.
