Vulnerable infrastructure can be affected by large accumulations of snow. Travel time may increase on many journeys. Driving conditions can be hazardous. The power supply may be impacted. Blowing snow at higher altitudes causes reduced visibility and possibly convoys and/or closed roads. Vulnerable installations and objects should be protected.
