Locally the wind can reach very strong and locally also in the low terrain there may be fresh winds. The wind in combination with the cold causes a strong windchilling effect with a risk of frostbite and hypothermia. During the night to Tuesday and Tuesday morning a snowfall area will move in from the southwest which may make it difficult to orientate yourself due to reduced visibility.
