Heights will lower to advisory levels Tuesday, then drop below Tuesday night through Wednesday as the swell moves out. * WHAT...Surf of 12 to 16 feet, lowering to 10 to 15 feet this afternoon. * WHERE...North facing shores. * WHEN...Until 6 PM HST this evening. * IMPACTS...Moderate.
