Details: An Arctic air mass combined with moderate winds, will result in wind chill values dropping below -35 degrees Celsius during the overnight and morning hours over the next few days. Temperatures are expected to gradually rise starting Wednesday afternoon as the Arctic air retreats. ### Extreme cold puts everyone at risk.
