Remarks: A rapidly developing low pressure system will track toward Haida Gwaii tonight. The system will become nearly stationary on Wednesday before departing the area Wednesday evening. Steady rain will develop ahead of the system early this evening and intensify overnight as the low stalls. Areas near Sandspit will receive the highest amounts ranging from 40 to 60 mm by Wednesday afternoon. ### Heavy downpours can cause flash floods and water pooling on roads.
