snowfall warning in effect Snowfall with total amounts of 15 to 25 cm is expected. When: Today through Friday midday. Where: Bulkley Valley, Williston, Stuart - Nechako, Prince George, McGregor, Cariboo, Pine Pass, Yellowhead and Yellowhead Highway - Tête Jaune Cache to the Alberta Border. Remarks: A series of upper level disturbances are combining with cold arctic air to give periods of heavy snow to parts of the northern and central BC interior through tonight. Snowfall intensity has eased but will re-intensify this evening. Snow will ease through Friday morning for some areas, but another disturbance is forecast to bring more snow to the region Friday night. ### Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow. Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become difficult to navigate due to accumulating snow. Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada.
