Hazards: - Heavy rain and reduced visibilities - Watch for possible washouts near rivers, creeks and culverts - Clear storm drains of leaves and debris - High winds may cause tree branches to break and lead to power outages. Remarks: A storm system is forecast to impact the South Coast beginning this afternoon. Rain will begin this afternoon and then intensify this evening before easing on Monday afternoon. Rainfall amounts of 25 to 35 mm are expected by Monday morning with locally higher amounts possible. This storm system will also bring strong southeasterly winds on tonight.
