When: Now to Friday afternoon. What: - 10 to 15 cm of additional accumulation through this evening to Friday afternoon over Highway 29, Highway 52, Chetwynd and Highway 97. Remark: A series of upper disturbances which are combining with cold arctic air is bringing snow to South Peace River Region from now to Friday afternoon. The first disturbance has brough up to 10 cm of snow already. The second impulse is forecast to start this evening, intensifying through overnight hours and Friday morning bringing an additional 10 to 15 cm of snow. Snow is expected to ease by Friday afternoon. ### Rapidly accumulating snow will make travel difficult. Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become difficult to navigate due to accumulating snow. Snowfall warnings are issued when significant snowfall is expected.
