Time span: Sunday morning until Monday morning. Remarks: Conditions will deteriorate quickly as accumulating snow occurs in conjunction with strengthening winds. Precipitation will fall mainly as snow inland and over higher terrain, while a mixture of snow and rain will occur elsewhere. ### Visibility will be suddenly reduced to near zero at times in heavy snow and blowing snow.
