Snow at times heavy and blowing snow will begin on Sunday morning over Southern Quebec, then gradually affect other areas of the province through Sunday and the overnight period. ### Rapidly accumulating snow could make travel difficult over some locations. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow. Winter storm watches are issued when multiple types of severe winter weather are expected to occur together.
