The combination of high tides and strong southeasterly winds could produce breaking waves over the Eastern Gaspé Peninsula, Anticosti and the North Shore between Port-Cartier and Natashquan. Finally, a rapid drop in temperatures on Thursday could lead to sudden freezing of various surfaces.
