The combination - of strong winds from the east - of a moderate to high surge set-up - a medium tidal range could produce breaking sea conditions along the coast of the tip of the Gaspé Peninsula Thursday afternoon. Buildings located in areas vulnerable to storm surge may be flooded. ### Flooding is possible along the coastline. Coastal erosion is possible in vulnerable areas. The combination of surge and waves may cause impacts well inland.
