A significant rise in the flow and water level of some rivers and streams is expected. In addition, winds associated with this system will be strong at times. Small, loose objects could be blown away or tossed. Finally, a sudden drop in temperatures Thursday morning could lead to a flash freeze or a sudden freeze of standing water on roads and surfaces.
