Added snow cover by morning will be 10-15 cm. Intensive snow and blizzardy conditions brings poor visibility. In Southern Estonia southwest wind in gusts 18, around Gulf of Riga up to 23 m/s. Starting from northern parts of Estonia air temperature will fall everywhere below 0°C by morning. Wet road surfaces will freeze. Glaze ice!
