General Flood Advisory Under present weather conditions, At 3:00 AM today, the center of Typhoon "OFEL" {USAGI} was estimated based on all available data at 495 km East Northeast of Virac, Catanduanes or 620 km East of Daet, Camarines Norte (14.5°N, 128.7°E) with maximum sustained winds of 120 km/h and gustiness of up to 150 km/h. It is moving Westward at 25 km/h. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is light to occasional moderate rains or thunderstorms. WATERCOURSES LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED : + **Isabela** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Dicatian, Divilacan and Palanan-Pinacanauan. + **Quirino** - All rivers and its tributaries + **Cagayan** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Linao, Lower Abulug, Lower Pamplona, Cabicungan, Aunugay, Baua, Palawig and Taboan. + **Nueva Vizcaya** - All rivers and its tributaries People living near the mountain slopes and in the low lying areas of the above mentioned river systems and the **Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils** concerned still advised to take appropriate actions.
