It is moving North Northwestward at 20 km/h. Also, at 3:00 AM today, the center of Severe Tropical Storm "PEPITO" {MAN-YI} was estimated based on all available data at 830 km East of Eastern Visayas (10.4°N, 133.3°E) with maximum sustained winds of 110 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 135 km/h. It is moving Westward at 25 km/h. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is moderate to occasional heavy rains. WATERCOURSES LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED : + **Benguet** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Upper Bauang. + **Mountain Province** - All rivers and its tributaries + **Apayao** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Upper Abulug and Upper Pamplona. + **Ifugao** - All rivers and its tributaries + **Kalinga** - All rivers and its tributaries + **Abra** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Upper Abra, Tineg and Ikmin. People living near the mountain slopes and in the low lying areas of the above mentioned river systems and the **Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils** concerned still advised to take appropriate actions.
