ฝนตกหนัก บริเวณความกดอากาศสูงเคลื่อนลงมาปกคลุมประเทศจีนตอนใต้แล้ว คาดว่าจะแผ่ลงมาปกคลุมบริเวณประเทศลาวในคืนนี้ ประกอบกับมีหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำปกคลุมบริเวณประเทศลาวตอนบนและเวียดนามตอนบน ลักษณะเช่นนี้ทำให้ประเทศไทยตอนบนมีฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมาก กับมีลมกระโชกแรงบางแห่ง ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนฟ้าคะนอง ลมกระโชกแรง และฝนตกหนักที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นไว้ด้วย สำหรับมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังปานกลางพัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ภาคใต้ และอ่าวไทย ส่วนคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยมีกำลังปานกลาง โดยทะเลอันดามันตอนบนมีคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร ขอให้ชาวเรือในบริเวณดังกล่าวหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร อนึ่ง ในช่วงวันที่ 30 ก.ย. – 3 ต.ค. 67 ประเทศไทยตอนบนและภาคใต้ตอนบนจะมีลักษณะอากาศแปรปรวนเกิดขึ้น โดยมีฝนฟ้าคะนอง ลมกระโชกแรง ฝนตกหนักบางแห่งในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ภาคกลาง รวมทั้งกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล ภาคตะวันออก ภาคใต้ตอนบน และมีฝนตกหนักมากบางพื้นที่ในภาคเหนือ หลังจากนั้นอากาศจะเย็นลงกับมีลมแรง และอุณหภูมิจะลดลง 1 – 3 องศาเซลเซียส ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากบริเวณความกดอากาศสูงหรือมวลอากาศเย็นกำลังปานกลางจากประเทศจีนจะแผ่ลงมาปกคลุมภาคเหนือด้านตะวันออก ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ และทะเลจีนใต้ ประกอบกับจะมีร่องมรสุมพาดผ่าน ภาคเหนือ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง ภาคกลาง และภาคตะวันออก

Heavy Rain High pressure area had extend to the south of China and it is expected to cover Laos tonight while the low-pressure cells cover upper Laos and upper Vietnam. Thundershowers are likely in the country with isolated heavy to very heavy rains with gust in the upper country. People in these areas should beware of thundershowers, gust and heavy rains. The moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf. The winds and waves in the Andaman are 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should keep off thundershower.
