พื้นที่เสี่ยงภัยฝนตกหนัก ข้างหน้า ร่องมรสุมพาดผ่านภาคเหนือและภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบน เข้าสู่หย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำบริเวณประเทศลาว และเวียดนามตอนบน ประกอบกับมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ที่พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทยมีกำลังแรงขึ้น ลักษณะเช่นนี้ทำให้ประเทศไทยมีฝนเพิ่มขึ้น และมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง โดยมีฝนตกหนักมากบางพื้นที่บริเวณภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบน และภาคตะวันออก สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบนมีกำลังปานกลาง โดยมีคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร ส่วนทะเลอันดามันตอนล่างและอ่าวไทยมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 1 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร ขอให้ประชาชนบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมาก และฝนที่ตกสะสมซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลัน และน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม ขอให้ชาวเรือเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวังและหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย

More rain with isolated heavy rains are likely in the country while very heavy rains in some places of the upper Northeast and the East. The waves in the upper Andaman Sea are likely 1-2 meters high, the upper Andaman Sea and the Gulf are likely about 1 meter high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. People in Thailand should beware of heavy to very heavy rains and accumulations that may cause flash flood and runoff, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. All ships in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
