This swell will decline on Thursday, falling below advisory thresholds by Thursday night. * WHAT...Large breaking waves of 12 to 24 feet along exposed north facing shores, 10 to 18 feet along exposed west facing shores. * WHERE...Portions of Kauai, Maui, Molokai, Niihau and Oahu. * WHEN...Until 6 PM HST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Moderate.
