Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rain, moderate to heavy at times, will overspread much of the area through daybreak and persist into this afternoon. An axis of 1 to 2 inches of rain is possible within portions of the watch area.
