Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Light to moderate rain will continue through the late morning to early afternoon. An axis of 1 to 2 inches of rainfall is expected within portions of the watch area.
