Bayside Beach begins to flood around Harbor Road and Lake Drive. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one and a half to two feet above normal. The next high tide at Annapolis U.S. Naval Academy is at 11:31 AM and 1:22 AM. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property.
