In Missouri, Andrew, Atchison MO, Buchanan, Holt, and Nodaway Counties. * WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, until midnight CST Wednesday Night. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from midnight Wednesday Night to noon CST Thursday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
