This includes the following highways... Interstate 635 between mile markers 0 and 2. Interstate 35 in Kansas between mile markers 215 and 234. In northeast Kansas, Leavenworth and Wyandotte. * WHEN...Until 100 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1002 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area.
