The greatest snow accumulation on the Tug Hill Plateau, with much lower amounts across lower elevations. * WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 1 PM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous.
