Depending on ice behavior, any release of the ice jam could result in sudden rises of water, leading to a rapid flooding situation. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 307 PM EST, Fire department reported that an ice jam was still present on the Chagrin River near Chardon Road in Willoughby Hills. Minor flooding has occurred near the jam. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
