Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Klamath County and Western Lake County, including areas from Modoc Point northward and areas east of Klamath Falls. This includes the communities of Chemult, Chiloquin, Beatty, and Bly. This also includes portions of Highway 97, 140, 66, and 31. * WHEN...Until 2 PM PST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow levels will rise from valley floors this morning to around 4500 feet this afternoon. Moderate snow is expected this morning, then expect some continued snow across higher terrain in the afternoon.
