For the High Wind Warning, from 10 PM this evening to 10 PM PST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure. Remain in the lower levels of your home during the windstorm, and avoid windows. Watch for falling debris and tree limbs.
