Additional snow accumulations between 2 and 4 inches with 10 to 15 inches above 5000 ft. Winds gusting as high as 65 mph. * WHERE...Northern Klamath County, mainly from Chiloquin northward ,Winter Ridge and the Warner Mountains east of Lakeview. This includes Highway 97 north of Chiloquin, portions of Highway 140 east of Lakeview as well as the communities of Chemult and Crescent. * WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. Very strong winds could cause extensive tree damage.
