Cold Weather Advisory issued February 10 at 8:53PM CST until February 11 at 12:00PM CST by NWS Aberdeen SD * WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 40 below expected. * WHERE...Dewey, Faulk, and Potter Counties. * WHEN...Until noon CST /11 AM MST/ Tuesday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 40 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves. Keep pets indoors as much as possible.
