Cold Weather Advisory issued February 20 at 3:04AM CST until February 20 at 10:00AM CST by NWS Aberdeen SD * WHAT...Very cold wind chills ranging from 25 below as low as 36 below. * WHERE...Buffalo, Hand, Hughes, Hyde, Jones, Lyman, Stanley, and Sully Counties. * WHEN...Until 10 AM CST /9 AM MST/ this morning. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills near 35 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves. Keep pets indoors as much as possible.
