Minor flooding is forecast. For the Obion River...including Martin, Obion, Bogota...Minor flooding is forecast. For the North Fork Forked Deer River...including Dyersburg...Minor flooding is forecast. For the Little River...including Rivervale...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Obion River near Bogota. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Highway 103 near Miston is covered by flood waters. Water is flooding a few homes in Bogota on the east side of Highway 78. Water is covering some secondary roads near the Obion River. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:00 AM CST Saturday the stage was 24.9 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 6:00 AM CST Saturday was 25.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 23.1 feet Wednesday evening. - Flood stage is 22.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
