In Texas, Hardin, Southern Jasper, and Southern Newton Counties. * WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 10 AM CST Monday. For the Freeze Warning, from 3 AM to 10 AM CST Monday. * IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing. Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves. Keep pets indoors as much as possible. Make sure outdoor animals have a warm, dry shelter, food, and unfrozen water.
