For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 17 expected. * WHERE...Bolivar Peninsula, Brazoria Islands, Galveston Island, and Matagorda Islands Counties. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 9 AM CST Monday. For the Freeze Warning, from midnight tonight to 9 AM CST Monday. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from midnight tonight to 11 AM CST Monday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
