For Saturday, areas south of Interstate 20. * TIMING...For the first Red Flag Warning, until 9 PM CDT this evening. For the second Red Flag Warning, from 10 AM to 9 PM CDT Saturday. * WINDS...West 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph. For Saturday, west to northwest winds 20 to 30 mph, with gusts to 40 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 6 percent today and 15 to 20 percent on Saturday. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now or will occur shortly. A combination of strong winds, low humidity and dry fuels will contribute to extreme fire behavior.

Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. A Wind Advisory means that winds of 30 to 39 mph with higher gusts are occurring or expected. Winds this strong can knock down tree limbs and make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Secure loose outdoor objects.
