Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure. Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves. Bring pets indoors, or ensure that they have warm, dry shelter. Make sure outdoor animals have a warm, dry shelter, food, and unfrozen water.
