Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A storm system will bring multiple rounds of moderate to heavy rain on Tuesday and again on Wednesday afternoon and evening. This will bring two-day rainfall totals of 2 to 4 inches across the area with locally higher amounts.
