Hydrologic Outlook issued November 11 at 3:23PM PST by NWS Seattle WA ESFSEW A series of strong and wet Pacific storm systems will track through western Washington this week with sharp rises on the rivers flowing off the Olympics and Cascades. The next system will arrive Tuesday afternoon into Thursday, with a short break from the rainfall this weekend. Multiple rivers may climb into action stage, depending on rainfall rates, snow levels, temperatures, and storm totals once the heaviest of the precipitation wraps up Thursday.
