Cold Weather Advisory issued February 10 at 4:40AM PST until February 11 at 12:00PM PST by NWS Spokane WA * WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 10 below. * WHERE...Omak, Tonasket, Bridgeport, Badger Mountain Road, Oroville, Okanogan, Mansfield, Nespelem, Brewster, Disautel Pass, and Waterville. * WHEN...Until noon PST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Sustained north winds of 10 to 15 mph with gusts of 20 mph will produce bitterly cold conditions. Wind chill values as low as 5 below zero will occur this morning and between 5 and 10 below zero on Tuesday morning. Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.
