In northeast West Virginia, Northwest Pocahontas, Northwest Randolph, Northwest Webster, Southeast Pocahontas, Southeast Randolph and Southeast Webster. In northern West Virginia, Barbour, Harrison, Lewis and Upshur. In southeast West Virginia, Northwest Nicholas, Southeast Fayette, Southeast Nicholas and Southeast Raleigh. * WHEN...From 1 AM EST Friday through Saturday morning.
