Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Heavy rainfall on top of residual snowpack will lead to increased runoff concerns. 1 to over 3 inches of rain is expected across the watch area. Rain rates could be heavy at times.
