Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Heavy rainfall on top of residual snowpack will lead to increased runoff concerns. 1 to 2 inches of rain is expected across the watch area early Friday morning through Friday evening.
