Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. * WHERE...Portions of southwest and western Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia. * WHEN...Until 9 AM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous as temperatures drop drastically overnight. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute. Cold Weather Advisory issued January 19 at 1:53PM EST until January 22 at 1:00PM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA * WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 22 below zero expected. * WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, northwest, southwest, and western Pennsylvania, and northern and the northern panhandle of West Virginia. * WHEN...From 1 AM Monday to 1 PM EST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 19 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure. Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves. Keep pets indoors as much as possible.
