To prevent water pipes from freezing, wrap or drain or allow them to drip slowly.

Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Portions of western Maryland, western Virginia, and eastern West Virginia. * WHEN...Until 9 AM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.
